Ramsay has worked with Farrow – whose other clients include Elton John and Sharon Osborne – for five years.
The split comes just weeks after Ramsay found himself in the media spotlight for an alleged affair. Chris Hutcheson, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Holdings, confirmed the split.
Hutcheson said Ramsay would not look for a new publicist and that the company would continue to use Sauce Communications for its UK PR. He called the new arrangements a ‘rationalisation’.
Farrow, CEO of The Corporation, did not comment.
