Fiona Rollo is leaving at the end of the year to spend more time with her family and pursue other interests. She has been at H&K for seven years as MD of the healthcare and wellbeing division.
H&K head of healthcare for Europe Nick May will take on the healthcare MD for UK role following her departure.
PRWeek reported last month that May had also lured back former joint-healthcare MD Shipra Singh, who left H&K early this year for Bell Pottinger (PRWeek, 1 February).
It has now emerged that Singh is rejoining the team in the newly created role of head of strategic services for healthcare.
At H&K, Singh will report to May and is charged with developing skills across the healthcare team and looking at how it is operating and servicing clients.
'We want to focus on the change over the past year or so in the healthcare market as it concentrates more on market access comms and policy comms, which are needed in the current and future environment,' said May.
The senior team in H&K's healthcare division also includes Martin Godfrey, director of client services, and Lucy Turvill, senior consultant. Helen Morgan also heads up the agency's 14-strong med ed division Medical Knowledge Group.
Singh will move across in January from her role as MD of Bell Pottinger's newly created healthcare division after only eight months at the agency.
She joined Bell Pottinger in March to launch the health brand, which incorporated existing healthcare agencies De Facto and MC Bio-Communications (PRWeek, 20 March).
Singh said: 'I really enjoyed setting up Bell Pottinger Health but have always wanted to work in more specialist healthcare services.'
Bell Pottinger has already signed up healthcare stalwart Tanya Von Ahlefeldt as a director to replace Singh. She joins from Porter Novelli, where she headed up the healthcare division.
