The article was snide and unbalanced. While you gave Haringey the right to reply, it is hardly surprising it did not have the time or inclination to defend its comms operation to the trade press in the middle of an ongoing crisis.
I have handled high-profile child-protection cases. All are challenging, but nothing I have seen has come close to the Baby P case in terms of ferocity and breadth of coverage. I would expect PRWeek to analyse the coverage and response in a measured fashion, rather than to carry out hatchet jobs on colleagues already working under a kind of pressure most people in PR could hardly begin to imagine.

As for the accusation that Haringey's head of comms, Mike Browne, was too busy organising the CIPR Public Services Group conference in Bath to prepare for the verdict - that is plain nonsense.
