Joanna Lund worked at the firm for six years before leaving in November last year. She has now set up Windsor-based shop Reputation Matters.

The agency will specialise in developing corporate reputation strategies for UK and international firms. It will also offer crisis and issues management, media and PR, employee engagement and merger and acquisition communications.

‘We believe firmly that conditions are right for us to be entering the market now,' said Lund. ‘Companies need to work harder than ever to keep their reputation intact during these volatile social and economic times.'

Lund has already signed up PR stalwart Bernard Carey as an associate. He has previously worked in the communications teams at British Gas, BMW and Bosch. Uschi Ferry will also work as an associate at the agency. She previously worked with Lund at Kimberly-Clark.
