The company is keen to build a stronger connection with consumers and stakeholders, particularly as the cost of motoring is increasing.
NCP has plans to introduce new technologies to the car parks, which Red will launch. It will also handle regional media outreach and issues management for the 700 car parks across the UK.
The six-month account is worth six-figures, will involve both media relations and direct-to-consumer activity.
Red's head of consumer brands Matt Buchanan, who joined from Lexis in March, will head up the account. He reports to NCP's head of marketing Peter Mawson.
