The new PR agency has been established by Millennium Direct, a UK advertising agency that specialises in targeting consumers over 50-years-old.
Blah Blah PR, will be working with brands looking to attract older consumers. Jason Kelly will be heading the Blah Blah team, based in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
Kelly said: ‘With the mature market having a collective spending power of over £205bn - accounting for 80 per cent of the nation's wealth - brands need to seek specialist support to ensure their values are communicated effectively.'
He also said that 86 per cent those over 50 do not relate to most of advertising they see. ‘Instead those over 50 are more likely to respond to messages they read or hear in the media,' said Kelly.
