The agency will promote the Big Thinking project aimed at listening to the public’s views on how lottery money should be spent. Cake has already worked for the BLF on the ‘people’s millions’ competition.
The consultation will involve gathering input via a series of stakeholder events and workshops, as well as collecting public feedback via the website www.big-thinking.org.uk, which launches on 17 November.
The results of the consultation will be used to inform future funding decisions made by the Big Lottery Fund.
Cake will implement a national and regional media relations campaign with the aim of raising awareness of the consultation and driving people to have their say via the website.
