- What is it good for?

Dehesa infuses original Spanish style with the luxuries of London's finest. The quaint decor hints at an undertone of Mediterranean flare. It boasts an impressive charcuterie menu that is perfect for a light meal. It also offers exceptional fish and meat menus for those looking for unfussy and bold food.

The Spanish and Italian cured meats are delicious and they are well matched by the exclusively Spanish and Italian wine list.

- Who's the boss?

Simon Mullins and Sanja Morris own Dehesa, Salt Yard and a new butchers called Blackfoot, which opened on 14 Charlotte Place, W1 in late October. Mullins and Morris' knowledge of Spanish and Italian food is apparent in every dish.

Tables can only be booked for lunch Monday to Friday.

- What's the damage guv'?

For five dishes, a bottle of wine and two coffees, expect to pay about £30 per person.
