The agency has won a four-way pitch to lead b2b and b2c campaigns centred on eating at work and the working environment. The five-figure PR drive will run with the theme 'Britain needs a workplace that works'. It will communicate the improvements the company has made in the health and quality of its workplace foods.
'There is a gap between what people think about workplace food and the improving reality of the situation,' said Good Relations director Ian Barber. 'We are helping them close that gap.'
Compass Group UK & Ireland is part of the wider Compass Group, which is the leading international provider of workplace, school and hospital catering. The firm has more restaurants in the UK than McDonald's.
The firm hit the headlines in 2006 when TV chef Jamie Oliver savaged its school dinners, including Turkey Twizzlers.
