They have been brought on board by The Commonwealth Foundation, organisers of the international literary award for fiction, to raise the profile of the award.
They will be charged with increasing media coverage, communicating the Prize's key values and increasing interaction with Commonwealth ethnic communities both in the UK and internationally.
The prize was established in 1987 and covers the Commonwealth regions of Africa, the Caribbean, Canada, Europe, South Asia, South-East Asia and the Pacific.
Midas will focus on the national, arts and literary press while Rich Visions will handle the ethnic media and outreach.
