Broadgate appoints Murray, OnTrack PR brought in by airport Broadgate has appointed Jamie Murray as account director for Broadgate Alternatives, a new division dedicated to PR and digital comms for hedge funds, private equity and property companies.

Murray joins from Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, where he was in charge of the distribution of hedge funds outside of North America. Before Morgan Stanley he spent 11 years with HSBC.

Doncaster Sheffield Airport has brought in OnTrack PR to raise its profile across South Yorkshire. The Doncaster-based agency will deliver a media relations and comms strategy to target key stakeholders throughout the region in support of owners Peel Airports Group.

OnTrack will also work to increase business-to-business activity and publicise new travel destinations from Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield.

Celerant Consulting, the management consultancy firm, has appointed Hanover to provide corporate comms. Hanover has previously worked with Celerant informally, but will now work on a retained basis. The agency will demonstrate Celerant's expertise in the energy, private equity and telecommunications sectors, along with its ability to address the challenges facing top business leaders. Over the past 20 years, Celerant has become the largest independent specialist player in the field of operations management.

Abbey Protection, a specialist insurance and consultancy group, has called in Redleaf Relations as its adviser for client relations. Redleaf Relations is a division of Redleaf Communications specialising in retail investor relations. Abbey Protection offers insurance products to UK SMEs to provide them with protection against legal expense and fees incurred through legal action or HMRC investigations.

The Wrigglesworth Consultancy has won a brief to promote Savile Group's 2008 results. The outplacement and talent management group returned to profitability in 2008 despite City job cuts. The agency is briefed to secure maximum exposure for the company, highlight the attractiveness of Savile to potential investors, and raise its profile among potential clients.
