Tavistock emerged successful from a competitive pitch process to take over the six-figure account from incumbent M:Communications.

Chief executive John West will lead the account at Tavistock in what sources suggest is a big win for the agency. Tavistock will deal with corporate PR across all of Virgin Media's brands, incorporating TV, mobile, broadband and mobile phone products.
M: led financial comms for the firm since its bid for ITV in 2006 and advised it through its merger with NTL.
