Individual agencies are too intimidated to speak out, for fear that doing so will scupper their chance of securing a place on the roster. But dozens of agencies - PRCA members and non members alike - have contacted me already, expressing their astonishment at how badly this has been handled.
Some will drop out of the process altogether. Others feel they have no choice other than to prepare the material needed for stage two, despite the fact that they might not have passed stage one.
We asked PRCA members what the impact of this latest demand would be. The average time commitment was put at around 100 hours per category entered.
