Sauce to boost entrepreneur's vodka venture

Food and drink agency Sauce Communications has won a brief to raise the profile of entrepreneur Will Chase.

Chase recently sold his high end Tyrells crisps brand to a private equity outfit for £30m.

Sauce will promote ‘real food hero’ Chase’s new venture - Chase Distillery, a producer of the country’s first potato vodka.

Sauce will host consumer tasting events and samplings at music festival Bestival, as well as targeting health journalists with the gluten-free vodka brand.

‘We will also spend time helping Will manage the growing number of requests he gets to speak at events or comment on items on the news agenda,’ said Sauce food and drink PRO Hannah Norris.

She described the Chase Distillery win as Sauce’s ‘biggest to date’.
