Hannick joins Land Registry in head of PA role

The Land Registry has appointed a new head of public affairs.

Paul Hannick joins the government body responsible for registering titles to land in England and Wales on 1 July. He is currently a senior PRO at Revenue and Customs.

Hannick replaces Mick Lewis who is entering retirement. In the new role, he will be working to enhance the Land Registry's reputation in Westminster and Whitehall.

The Land Registry aims to maintain and develop a stable and effective land registration system throughout England and Wales; to guarantee title to registered estates and interests in land for the whole of England and Wales; and to provide ready access to up-to-date and guaranteed land information.
