New identity for merged charities

The Forster Company is creating a new brand identity for the charity formed by the merger of One Parent Families and Gingerbread.

The two largest one-parent charities in the country merged in May 2007.

One Parent Families/Gingerbread CEO Fiona Weir said: 'We hope that the new brand will raise the profile of the charity, help us to communicate our aims clearly to stakeholders, and provide better support and a bigger voice to Britain's 1.9 million lone parents and their children.'
