Orangina returns with Staniforth

Manchester agency Staniforth is to relaunch the classic Orangina 'bulby' bottle - ten years after its disappearance from UK shelves.

Parent firm AG Barr is capitalising on the current vogue for food and drink nostalgia to promote the return of the orange-peel-textured glass bottle.

The classic bottle was designed in the 1950s but has been absent in the UK since the 1990s. Staniforth will play on the brand's 'French heritage and Mediterranean feel', with campaigns comparing 'British snackers' to 'French slackers'.

The agency will target consumer titles with cocktail ideas made from Orangina.
