Following a competitive pitch, Golley Slater will handle PR for all nine regions in England plus Wales, with JPR retained in Northern Ireland and Smarts in Scotland.
The three-year appointment, worth £300,000 a year, will focus on key UK policy initiatives, marketing programmes and local service initiatives offered by RICS UK.
Golley Slater PR group managing director Martin Long said: 'Historically, there was some good work going on from the previous regional agency structure but it simply wasn't joined up enough. Opportunities were being missed and the approach suffered from a lack of coherence.'
'To address this we¹ve combined our office network with a core support team to make sure we are getting consistency across the account and great on-the-ground delivery throughout the regions.'
