Changes at CIPR govt affairs body

The CIPR Government Affairs Group has reshuffled its top order, ushering in a new chair and two vice chairs.

Keith Johnston, head of policy and comms at the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, was elected as chair. He replaces Robert Khan, head of public affairs for the Commission for Social Care Inspection.

The group has also elected two vice chairs: Elizabeth Brogan, senior policy officer at the National Landlords Association, and Jonathan French, assistant director of media relations at the Association of British Insurers.

Meanwhile, Dan Murphy, head of external affairs at Remploy has been elected as secretary.
