The agency will develop brand-building campaigns to promote the decade-old online retailer. The account will be headed by Maverick Publicity account director Suzanne Hobday, who will report to Figleaves PR and events manager Elisa Ezekiel. The agency will target consumer press as part of the brief. 'Figleaves faces competition from high-street retailers because consumers want to be able to try on items before purchase, which is a challenge we need to overcome,' said Hobday.
