The appointment follows a competitive pitch against four undisclosed agencies.
The campaign will involve raising the profile of Siemens' range of medical imaging devices. These include its MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound and surgical imaging applications.
The agency will target radiographers, clinical and management staff in the NHS and independent healthcare providers as part of the brief to raise awareness of the product range.
Media Safari director Georgina Wright will report to SMS marketing comms manager Chris Wright.

Siemens is one of the world's largest suppliers to the healthcare industry and is the market leader in the UK. It provides diagnostic, therapeutic and critical care products and systems for the NHS and private sector.
