Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust is working with Freshwater Healthcare to run the 12-month campaign entitled 'Everyday Miracles'.
The brief is to raise the profile of the trust and the services it provides to build support from the local community in advance of applying for foundation status.
Freshwater account director Louisa Stanton leads a three-strong account team. Stanton said: 'People are used to seeing media stories about the NHS that are negative, so we will have to engage the media to see the other side.'
The campaign starts this week with an invitation to staff, volunteers and local people to share their memories of the hospitals. The campaign will be promoted through the local press, internal comms and stakeholder relations.
An email address and website have been created as an online portal for this material, which will be used as the basis of an exhibition and roadshow over summer.
