DIARY: Is PRWeek losing its 'lurve' touch?

PRWeek is known for bringing people together. Just ask Kunal Mehta or Crissie Bushall. But sometimes people who appear in this most magisterial publication get a little more than they bargained for.

Take Global Tolerance MD Simon Cohen, for example, who appeared on page two of this very magazine but a week ago.

No sooner had it hit the shelves, than he received the following email:

'Dear Simon,

'I just clapped eyes on you in PR Week and fell in love.

'How about I buy a date with you and the proceeds can go to charity? I have £25!'

Cohen declined, but only, he assures Diary, after his girlfriend had offered him £30 instead.
