Michelle Edgar-Parsons, previously head of global marketing at Propaganda, joined Think in September to help expand the agency into Dubai.
Think CEO Paul Inman said: 'Her global experience with brands like ghd, Morphy Richards and Fox's biscuits makes her an asset.
'The change leaves me to build on Dubai and put foundations in place to replicate this model in other global territories.'
The agency continues to focus on international expansion with offices also due to open in Oman, Bahrain and China over the next few years.
Amanda Thornton, from Dreamtech Management in Australia, has been brought in as a new account executive in Dubai.
