Public Affairs: Quatro poised to set up in Wales

Quatro, the PR and public affairs shop set up by senior staff from the planning division of Good Relations, is expanding into Wales.

The move follows the launch of a Manchester base last autumn and comes less than a year after the team walked out of Good Relations en masse (PRWeek, 4 May 2007).

Industry insiders said the growth of the agency indicated a growing market for lobbying on property and planning issues.

Agency director Rob Fellows will head the office. He said: 'We have a significant number of Welsh projects, in the development and energy sectors, so it makes sense that we have a Cardiff base.'
