DIARY: Cornish in all but choice of agency

The Cornish Pasty Association's campaign to prevent its name being used on pasties made outside the region (PRWeek, 22 February), elicited a tasty number of letters from PROs backing the association's laudable efforts.

But it was left to University College Falmouth's PR course leader Jon Cope to point out that the body's decision to give the account to a Bristol-based agency seemed a little at odds with its aforementioned campaign.

Cope told Diary he found the choice of agency 'a little hard to swallow'.
