West Sussex-based Pegasus was appointed to the account following a competitive pitch against four undisclosed agencies.
The McIndoe Surgical Centre is based in West Sussex and was established by Sir Archibald McIndoe who treated airmen burns victims during World War II.
The Centre carries out procedures across plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, maxillofacial surgery and ophthalmology.
Pegasus PR account director Sallyanne Jones will head up the account. She said: 'Consumers looking for advice on cosmetic surgery have to wade through reams of negative press coverage on botched operations, surgery holidays, and sensationalist stories.
We aim to communicate that the McIndoe Surgical Centre brand is an assurance of quality and the only informed choice for patients.'
