The agency’s brief is to support five specific marketing campaigns, together worth £450,000.
Tourism South East is responsible for the promotion of Kent, East and West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Part of Saltmarsh’s job is to co-ordinate the messages of the various organisations involved.
Saltmarsh is planning a media relations-led account which will target the nationals, luxury titles such as Conde Nast Traveller, and lifestyle and women’s magazines.
The agency will also target TV shows such as Antiques Roadshow.
