Vegas is a safe bet for Rooster

Las Vegas has hired a PR agency for a wide-ranging UK consumer brief. Rooster will promote the city's 'adult freedom' and will use its famous 'what happens here, stays here' slogan. It will also push the destination's nightlife, golfing and spas. Las Vegas wants to attract 43 million visitors a year by 2010; currently it has 39 million. Account directors Cat Hamilton and Cass Helstrip head the account, reporting to R&R Partners group account director Jo Crimmins. R&R is the Las Vegas-based PR and advertising firm that works with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. Cellet retains a sales and trade brief for the city.
