Bacchus to promote 'sexy' Brazilian liquor

London luxury specialist Bacchus PR has been handed a consumer brief to promote a Brazilian spirit to the UK market.

Bacchus will position cachaca brand Sagatiba as a ‘sexy and exotic’ drink in time for summer.

Cachaca is best known as the key ingredient of the Caipirinha, a Brazilian cocktail and mainstay of British bar menus. The agency will aim to build awareness of Sagatiba’s history, as well as pitching drink recipes to the consumer press.

Sagatiba joins a client roster at Bacchus that includes top London eatery L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, the Gaucho restaurant group, and retro bowling alley All Star Lanes.
