Starfish lands Jacuzzi brief

Bathroom manufacturer Jacuzzi UK has hired Starfish Communications to provide PR support following a competitive pitch.

As part of the PR brief, Jacuzzi has tasked Starfish with educating consumers that Jacuzzi is a trademark and not a generic term.
Starfish is also charged with rolling out Jacuzzi’s annual PR campaign aimed at driving awareness of the Jacuzzi, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and B C Sanitan brands.
The agency will also run the brand’s press office and promote trade awareness of its Astracast kitchen sinks and taps.
‘We aim to create demand for the well-known consumer brand Jacuzzi and introduce outdoor Jacuzzi hot tubs into consumer’s gardens for both summer and winter use,’ said Starfish managing partner Sally Fearfield.
