Geronimo has been tasked with designing and implementing a campaign to reach out beyond the education community and engage parents, employers and learners on the benefits of technology.
Becta oversees the procurement of ICT equipment and e-learning strategy for schools.
The campaign will launch in mid-January 2008 and will focus on consumer media relations, and one of the potential activities includes the development of a report into technology in learning.
Geronimo’s five-strong team will be led by associate director Rebecca McLeod. The agency was appointed in a competitive pitch.
