Premier Inn hotel chain uses Frank

Frank PR has won the retained consumer business for Whitbread-owned hotel chain Premier Inn

Frank will position the brand, whose rivals include Forte, as ‘the biggest and best of the mid-market hotels’.

It will handle a thought-leadership campaign and act as the chain’s consumer, travel and trade press office.

Frank will use Premier Inn’s recent rebrand as an opportunity to reacquaint journalists with the firm.
