Red Lorry Yellow Lorry to build Gorillabox brand

Newly launched mobile TV streaming outfit Gorillabox has hired digital specialist Red Lorry Yellow Lorry for a year-long brand-building campaign.

London-based start-up Gorillabox streams video content to any mobile phone anywhere in Europe or the US, using 3G networks. Operators and content providers will able to reach more than 100 million mobile handsets. ‘We’re going to show marketeers there’s money in mobile TV,’ said founder Christian Harris.

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry will handle all of Gorillabox’s PR and marketing activity, starting with this month’s launch. The London agency will aim to build the company’s profile among Gorillabox’s target markets, including mobile network operators, brand owners, ISPs and advertising agencies.

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry will conduct a media relations campaign and seek speaking opportunities for Harris. 

Harris said his decision to hire Red Lorry Yellow Lorry stemmed from its experience with campaigns that straddle the tech, broadcast and media sectors.

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry will work with partners including mobile content company Bango to add credibil­ity to its campaign.
