Hot Cherry will publicise the site, which aims to connect young professionals, as it expands from London to UK cities including Brighton, Leeds and Manchester.
The agency aims to reach a key audience of ‘heavy internet users’ working in cities by targeting online communities and blogs. ‘It makes sense to think like our consumers and use online as the vehicle to engage and interact,’ said the site’s founder Sanchita Saha.
CitySocialising was started in 2005 with funding from The Prince’s Trust. It has more than 10,000 members, with plans to increase membership ten-fold by 2008.
