But it has already plugged the gap in its senior team by appointing Rebecca Burrows, former group director of comms at Prudential.

Bradley, who has been at Brunswick since 1988, resigned on Tuesday and is now on gardening leave. He will join Tulchan in December as a senior member of the team working on M&As and building the company’s growth in the UK.

Bradley is the second Brunswick partner to defect to Tulchan this year, following in the footsteps of John Sunnucks who made the switch in June.

Tulchan founder Andrew Grant said Bradley’s experience in developing Brunswick’s international practice would be of particular benefit as sets out to make Tulchan an international business over the next two years.

Burrows will join Brunswick next month as a London-based partner, working across a range of clients.

Burrows left Prudential at the end of June after seven years. Prior to that, she was director of investor relations at Norwich Union. Prudential has not yet filled her post.
