Hill & Knowlton chairman and CEO Paul Taaffe is optimistic that strong growth in the global communications industry can continue, but warns that it could be scuppered by senior talent shortages.
In this week’s ViewPoint podcast Taaffe says PR is out performing other disciplines such as advertising. He believes this ‘boom’ is owing not only to healthy economy, but also to longer-term factors, such as globalisation (which no longer means ‘Americanisation’) and digital comms.
