Wilson was already overseeing Edelman Health’s staff recruitment, training and mentoring activity, but has been given a more senior level role in recognition of an increase in workload. In the last two years the health team has more than doubled from 22 to 50.
In her new role she will have more responsibility to increase profits, and she will continue to work on two key global accounts for yet to launch drugs by Pfizer and Novo Nordisk.
Wilson reports to Mike Kan, Edelman Health UK managing director. He said: ‘Galia helped us to maintain a high level of staff retention.’
