Fraser joined AS Biss in April this year as a senior consultant, but left suddenly last month. Before joining Biss, he was joint head of corporate and public affairs at the Energy Saving Trust.
He has also worked for Ian Greer Associates, APCO and August. One Communications.
Fraser’s move to AS Biss was seen to underscore the agency’s determination to attract more clients off the back of the green agenda (PRWeek, 13 April).
He said: ‘I returned to agency life but found it wasn’t for me. I didn’t enjoy it and thought it was better to get out of there sooner, rather than dragging it on.’
He did not comment on his work at Westminster Council, which is believed to be temporary. It is understood that Westminster Council is looking to refocus its public affairs operation.
