Letter: McLeod's Tevez fight smacks of lost cause

Every now and then in PR land a ray of honesty penetrates the all too often opaque atmosphere of perceived success or failure, where client mandates are concerned.

So it was refreshing to learn John McLeod of Weber Shandwick sees nothing less than the reinstatement of Sheffield United in the Premiership as the mark of achievement in the Tevez dispute (1 June) - unless he's got his PR wrong.

I wish him and WS well in their efforts, but can't help feeling that Phil Hall's team will ultimately carry off the silverware on this one.
