Essential Publishing’s Your Home magazine has appointed Laura Webb as editorial assistant, replacing Victoria Kingsbury who is now a sub editor at Bliss.

Broadcast magazine has switched to a smaller format and added sections on radio, multimedia, finance and funding. Robin Parker has joined from Media Week as deputy news editor.
