Euro RSCG to aid EU skills scheme

A showcase of European skilled workers backed by the EU has handed a big-money account to the Euro RSCG network.

The EuroSkills programme seeks to promote activities such as nursing and bricklaying across Europe.

Each European country will have its own competition to find the best practitioners within various arenas before a showcase next year in Rotterdam.

The pan-European account, believed to be worth up to £750,000, will be headed out of EuroRSCG’s Dutch office and will run until September 2008.

Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster, headed by corporate and B2B MD Belinda Taylor, will advise in Britain.

Taylor said the programme is designed to promote excellence and raise basic skills standards.
