KTB to increase tennis fanbase

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has handed KTB PR a UK acc­ount, in an effort to inspire ‘casual’ tennis fans to watch the sport more regularly.

The brief will include raising the profile of top global men’s players such as Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Andy Murray

ATP comms manager Simon Higson said: ‘Millions of fans watch Wimbledon and the Stella Artois Championships, but we are trying to encourage them to engage with tennis during the rest of
the year.’

KTB – an eight-strong London agency that specialises in consumer health, fitness and sport – was up against three other competing agencies.
