In this week’s video podcast Lisa Jedan, MD of PR at youth marketing specialist The Lounge, says: ‘The awful truth of the matter is that this target group really don’t care about your message – they care about content.’

When targeting 16 or 18-24-year-olds, she says: ‘Don’t be a vicar at the disco, don’t even try to speak in youth speak.'
