Vero wins IAAF sports account

LONDON - The governing body for world athletics has taken on Vero Communications, which continues to attract a swathe of sporting briefs.

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) celebrates its centenary in 2012 – the year of the London Olympics – which Vero CEO Mike Lee helped to secure.

Since forming Vero, Lee has hived accounts from the numerous contacts he made during his tenure as London 2012 director of comms.

The IAAF brief was won after working on a project for IAAF comms director Nick Davies. Vero is tasked with highlighting the group’s achievements in the world development of the sport and its plans for the future.
