JCPR and Shine win drinks briefs

Two huge Barcardi-Martini briefs have been split between consumer rivals JCPR and Shine.

JCPR has picked up the account for gin brand Bombay Sapphire, while Bacardi rum has gone to Shine.

The gin brief was won after a ten-way pitch. In the UK, JCPR replaces Treehouse PR - retained as the drinks brand's global agency. JCPR board account director David Fine heads the account.

Shine won its Bacardi brief after a competitive pitch. Former JCPR associate director Rana Reeves, who joined Shine last year, heads the account.
