Ex-DfES comms boss in CSR move

The former head of comms at the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) has joined CSR comms specialist Corporate Culture.

Richard Graham has taken the role of director of comms and client services at the agency, reporting to chief executive John Drummond.

Until last month, Graham was head of comms for children and young people at the DfES, where he spent six years - despite having originally been seconded from the Natwest Group for only a three-month period.

‘I intended to stay for three months but stayed for six years. I was captivated by the scale and the challenge of the department,' he told PRWeek.

Corporate Culture focuses on social change and has around 40 staff in offices in London and Liverpool. Former Hill & Knowlton UK chief executive Marie Louise Windeler was recently made executive chairman (PRWeek, 16 February).
