In this week's video podcast Jill Coomber, founding partner at Chocolate Communications, argues that PR agencies need to up their game when it comes to targeting different audiences.
She says: ‘It's no longer enough to know about a metrosexual, a baby boomer, a gadget boy or the youth market', and she contends that it is too often left to senior staff alone to provide insight into the various audiences that a product wishes to target.
