Bradford Regeneration keeps Brahm

Bradford Centre Regeneration has retained Leeds-based Brahm to promote the city over the next two years.

The integrated marketing account - worth £1.25m - features PR, branding, advertising, events and direct marketing.

The two year incumbent re-pitched in March. Leading the account is group account director Tim Downs.

‘The last two years have been largely spent in planning so now we will be going back out to the business and property audiences and demonstrating that things are now happening on the ground,' he told PRWeek.

Bradford will undergo massive regeneration in the run up to 2015. The development is currently worth £2bn - but this figure is increasing, as more and more investors get involved. Brahm is also handling Bradford's bid for a £22m grant from the National Lottery to build a park in the city centre.

Ipsos MORI research shows that over a quarter of investors now believe that the city offers attractive commercial investment opportunities, a 30 per cent leap from 2005.
