As a recruiter, we are regularly contacted by parents returning to work and wish to find that elusive work/family/life balance. We also endorse part-time working, but the majority remain unconvinced.
There are hundreds of excellent PR's who have had to give up work for family commitments and have left the industry for a more accommodating field. It is time for forward-thinking agencies to wake up to the forgotten talent. It is the 21st Century after all.
